As a Store Shift Manager, your primary goal is to ensure the seamless operation of the premises during the Store Manager's absence. Responsibilities

  • Create a top-notch customer experience by delivering fast, friendly, and helpful service while keeping fresh food stocked, high-quality, and ready to enjoy.
  • Keep the store moving by cross-training across deli, café, bakery, and cashier roles—jump in wherever the team needs you to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Follow the playbook by preparing food, handling transactions, and completing tasks accurately while following safety, sanitation, cash, and loss prevention standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store—inside, outside, and behind the scenes—so everything runs efficiently and looks great for customers.
  • Support the team and the business by staying informed on policies, helping the team hit daily goals, communicating with leadership, and contributing to sales and operational success.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
  • Strong customer-first mindset supported by positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven reliability and accountability with consistent attendance.
  • Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail, plus basic computer, math, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly, complete training, and consistently align with company values.
  • Prior shift leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation Disclosure Statement

Pay is from $17.75- $18.25 / hour
