Overview

The role of a QuickChek Gas Department Manager is to ensure customers a great experience when making fuel purchases. This is achieved by leading, developing and training Gas Team Members and setting the pace to deliver Total Customer Dedication. A successful Gas Department Manager will support our core values and mission statement by making QuickChek a Great Place to Work for all gas team members.

  • Knows competition is aware of pricing.
  • Ensures gas team members are 100% trained
  • Recognizes team members for positive results
  • Coaches team members when needed
  • Ensures exterior grounds and department meets company standards
  • Ensures all equipment is working safely and properly
  • Provides continuous personal growth and development opportunities for self and team members
