Our growth as a corporation continues to create District Manager career opportunities. To be prepared for these opportunities, we maintain a District Manager-in-Training bench. This position prepares qualified candidates for an available District Manager position.


Training: This position requires those selected to successfully maintain high performance standards during their specified training period in a Store Manager capacity.  This will coincide with participation in a variety of learning activities and training disciplines designed to prepare for achieving District Manager “ready” status. Only those with a ready status will be considered for an interview when a District Manager position becomes available.

Additional Responsibilities/Requirements:

  1. Strong desire to grow to increased and varying levels of responsibility
  2. Successful operation of high volume QuickChek fuel site
  3. Track record of developing a high performing team and promoting Team Members
  4. Demonstrated personal and professional behaviors align with QuickChek core values
  5. Ability to communicate and engage in productive conversations with both customers and Team Members
  6. Must be self-motivated and open/honest in all communications
  7. Extremely organized, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to execute tasks at a high level
  8. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license


Education & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in business or currently attending college/university in pursuit of a degree required
  2. 3-5 years experience in Multi-Unit Management Capacity


Communication, Critical Thinking, Analytical, & Mathematics Skills:

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  2. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization and external vendors


Software Skills:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.


Certifications & Licenses:

  1. Valid Driver's License
